Sleep Tracking: more challenges of earning points
Tracking my sleep has been a longstanding habit, with my trusty watch faithfully monitoring my nocturnal patterns. As I delved into the rewards program I've joined, I thought it would be clever to leverage this data to earn additional points.
Despite my best efforts to maintain a healthy sleep score above 90, the irregularity of my sleep pattern - characterised by an early wake-up time and daytime naps - proved to be a stumbling block.
Anticipating a seamless addition of sleep tracking to my points tally, I was disheartened to find that the rewards were elusive, with the promised 10 points per night seldom materialising. It wasn't until months later, buried deep within the app's labyrinthine interface, that I unearthed the requirement for a minimum of 7 hours of sleep per night - a feat rarely achieved given my unconventional sleep schedule.
As I don't get 7 hours of sleep in a row, the addition of sleep tracking to my points tally seems more like a futile endeavour than a rewarding pursuit. Nevertheless, I remain committed to exploring alternative avenues for earning points within the program, undeterred by the setbacks I am encountering on my wellness journey.
Ironically, my unconventional sleep schedule is that way because I get up early to exercise!
